Nature's Sunshine Food Enzyme Digestive Aid


Nature's Sunshine Food Enzyme Digestive Aid is a broad spectrum digestive enzyme supplement that combines major enzymes, bile salts, pancreatin and betaine hydrochloride to help increase the body's capacity to digest any meal, particularly carbohydrates, fats and proteins.

Food enzymes can also improve the absorption of vitamins and minerals and help maintain normal pH levels, detoxify the colon, and stimulate the growth of healthy intestinal bacteria.

This formulation supplements the body’s production of digestive enzymes and those enzymes found in the diet. For example, pepsin is used for the digestion of proteins (betaine hydrochloride or HCl); pancreatin is produced by the pancreas to digest proteins, carbohydrates and fats in the small intestines; mycozyme digests starches; papain and bromelain digest protein; bile salts emulsify fats and prepare them for further digestion by lipase.

Taking this product with meals will support the body’s digestion of protein, carbohydrates and fats. One tablet will help you digest a minimum of 30 grams of protein, 30 grams of carbohydrates and 20 grams of fats.

Take 1–2 tablets before or during each meal daily.

Swallow tablets whole, do not chew or dissolve before swallowing.

Do not take if you have stomach ulcers.
May cause stomach irritation in some persons.
