Naturally gluten-free with no artificial additives or preservatives, LSA is easy and convenient to use. Simply sprinkle over cereal, soup or ice cream, whip into yoghurt, blend into smoothies or mix in with vegetable stir-fries for a boost of nutrients without affecting taste.
It can also be used in baking muffins, breads, cakes and other treats. It's a great addition to your daily diet. (Note: Heating this product will remove the omega benefits but will retain the dietary fibre properties.)
