Adults: 3 - 5ml;
Children 6-12yrs: 1.5 - 2.5ml (or use Children’s Echinature®).
Preventative dose : Take once daily.
Treatment dose: Take 3 - 4 times daily.
Dilute in 30ml of water or juice and drink immediately. Follow with a glass of water if necessary.

Echinacea purpurea root 400mg
(standardised to contain not less than 0.7mg total alkylamides.
Active organic Manuka honey 150mg
With natural herbal flavouring.

Those allergic to Asteraceae family plants (e.g. chamomile, artichokes, daisies) should take care when taking Echinacea due to possible allergic reaction.
