Shake bottle well before each use. Adults take 10ml once or twice daily, stirred into a glass of water, juice or added into a smoothie.

Each 10ml contains:
Silica-colloidal anhydrous 280 mg (Equivalent to silicon 131 mg)
Also contains sorbic cid natural lemongrass essential oil
