Svetol Green Coffee: The main active ingredient within green coffee, chlorogenic acid, has been shown to reduce blood glucose levels and increase insulin sensitivity. These actions are central to appetite control and ultimately the management of body composition.
Green Tea: Geen tea is a rich source of catechins, shown to stimulate thermogenesis and fat oxidation. Green tea extract also contains caffeine, another ingredient with acknowledged thermogenic properties. Green Tea has also been used to limit weight regain after weight loss.


Cayenne: Capsaicin is the principal capsaicinoid in chilli peppers. Human studies observed a larger increase in energy expenditure directly after a meal containing red cayenne pepper, as well as a reduction in food intake. The ingestion of capsaicin stimulates lipolysis (the breakdown of stored body fat for energy use).

Choline, Inositol and Methionine (lipotropic agents): Lipotropic agents regulate the build-up of excess fat in the liver. Deficiencies of choline and inositol impede fat metabolism. Methionine and choline are also responsible for detoxifying the metabolic waste generated by the breakdown of proteins in the body.

Bioperine: Bioperine is a standardised extract from black pepper. It is a rich source of the alkaloid piperine, a substance shown to stimulate the body's natural thermogenic activity, as well as increase the availability of nutritional compounds.

Chromium: Chromium, an essential trace element, increases the sensitivity of cell receptors to insulin, thereby increasing the efficiency of blood glucose metabolism.
