Weleda Nursing Tea is a traditional, nourishing tonic that helps support healthy breast milk production and is beneficial for the digestive system of both mother and baby.

Use one tea bag per cup and pour on freshly boiled water (approx 200 ml), leave to brew for 5 minutes, to allow the extracts to release their full flavour and potential.
Weleda recommend three cups a day throughout the whole nursing period.
Contains 100% certified organic plant ingredients, including Anise, Fennel, Caraway, Fenugreek and leaves from Lemon Verbena.
