Australian Shipping

For orders under $99 the shipping cost is $16.00 (tracked)* . Orders are dispatched from our New Zealand warehouse. Once processed, please allow between 4 - 12 working days for your delivery. At times there may be delays with deliveries due to public holidays or courier delays, which are out of our control. 

NZ Post International Courier Select Australia do not service post address such as PO Boxes, Post Office centres, or Parcel Lockers. Only street addresses can be serviced. Please remember this when ordering to save disappointment.

Failure to provide a valid street address may result in your order being cancelled. 

Mail sent to undeliverable locations may be sent to your local AU Post collection point. Collections must occur within 7 working days or the parcel may be forefeit to RTS for destruction. 

*Kindly note that some inter-island locations may incurr higher shipping costs. These include, but are not limited to, Coochiemudlo Island, Russell Island, & Dunwich township. This cost will be calculated automatically at checkout and cannot be reduced. 


New Zealand Shipping


Orders shipped to New Zealand using our Australian website will be charged a flatrate on all orders. To qualify for free shipping on selected orders within New Zealand, and to see an additional selection of NZ-only products please use our New Zealand website as linked below.


International Shipping


My Natural Health currently use New Zealand Post International Air and Courier Select. Shipping times will vary between 2-6 weeks under normal circumstances, excluding the day of shipping, for your parcel to arrive.  International shipping fees will be calculated automatically at checkout.


Processing Time

It will take 1-4 working days for your order to be fullfilled. If we do not have the products in stock - which can happen occasionally - we will let you know if there is a hold up with your order. We reserve the right to partially process a refund if we deem the timeframe for order fulfilment to exceed our guarantee and we will always try to endeavour to contact you in this instance. Whilst some items we order directly from suppliers, others are on the shelf waiting for packing.

*Before you return any goods to us for exchange or refund, please email our Customer Service Team at within 7 days of the shipment date, to see if the matter can be resolved first.

Please wait to receive authorization and return instructions. Returns made without authorization may be refused. Refunds can only be made via the same payment method used when the order was originally placed.


Damaged Goods

Please notify us promptly if your products arrive in an unsatisfactory condition.

We accept responsibility for breakages in transit within Australia. If you experience a breakage please hold onto the item and the packaging and notify us immediately -
Defective or damaged goods need to be returned within 10 days including the packaging, and will be replaced at our cost.


We can provide a coupon or refund on all unopened undamaged goods returned in original condition within 10 days of receipt. Please note refunds can only be made via the same payment method used when the order was originally placed. Please note the courier/shipping fee is non-refundable in this instance.

Please wrap your returned product well so it arrives back to us undamaged. Goods that are unable to be resold will not be exchanged or refunded.

Please be sure to include the packing slip with the goods being returned. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products.


Lost in Transit

We accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit in Australia provided we are notified within 7 days - We cannot accept responsibility for your parcel once delivery has been made by the Courier.


Cancel Order

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us by email as soon as possible, include your order number, & note “Cancel Order” in the subject line of your email to

We can not cancel an order once it has been despatched.


Non-Refundable/Returnable Goods

-Lost products due to incorrect address and postcode details supplied by the customer at time of ordering online.
-Goods damaged or used by the customer.
-Prohibited items that are detained or confiscated at your own customs. Please check your country's customs and duty laws before purchasing, this is buyers responsibility to check local compliance in the domiciled country.
-We cannot accept returns for heat-damaged products.

IMPORTANT: During summer many products (such as Probiotics and food) will be exposed to heat if left outside in the sunshine. If you will not be available to receive your package, please add special delivery instructions for the courier to your order as to where you would like your product delivered or left.

Our products are shipped in fresh condition and stored in a refrigerated climate (particularly probiotics). We cannot accept returns for heat-damaged products.


We welcome your orders from overseas, but please be aware customs and import regulations can & do vary widely between countries. Some of the products on our website are prohibited for importation into certain countries.
Please check your country's customs and duty laws before purchasing. It is your responsibility to ensure that any goods which you order are not prohibited/restricted within the country to which they will be delivered.

My Natural Health accept no liability for the refund or replacement of any goods or any costs relating to, or arising from, the importation or confiscation of any goods by your countries Customs Office or other government body. Any duty or tax payable on your order is not our responsibility and is beyond our control.

If your order is returned to us by your countries import authorities in resalable condition, we'll refund you the value of the order less any charges or fees incurred by us. We can't provide a refund until we've received the products back. We don't provide refunds on parcels that are detained or confiscated at your countries customs due to containing items which are prohibited.

We cannot accept returns for heat-damaged products. We accept no liability for any goods lost in transit outside of New Zealand.
