The Great Salt Lake
This mineral-rich inland sea is a remnant of the ancient Lake Bonneville, the largest lake of the last Ice Age. The waters of the Great Salt Lake are high in magnesium chloride and 11 times more concentrated than seawater.
Add two to three scoops (included in container) to a warm bath to create a soothing, relaxing sensation. Soak for 20-30 minutes. Initially you may experience extreme relaxation and even feel tired.
For a foot bath, add ½ measuring scoop to warm water in a tub large enough to cover the tops of the toes and soak your feet 15-20 minutes. Rinse with water or towel dry after soaking and discard the liquid. For sensitive skin, begin with a low dosage. Keep container closed when not in use.
