Clinicians KIDS Peaceful Dreams is a research based formula especially for children to help support relaxation at bedtime and falling asleep. It contains a unique combination of herbs and nutrients to aid healthy sleep patterns.

The herbs Lemon balm and Linden support calm and relaxation.
Magnesium supports muscle relaxation and is used with the Vitamin B6 and L- tryptophan to support sleep hormone production for healthy sleep patterns.

Using the enclosed measuring cup.
Children 5 -13 years and over: Take 15-20mL before sleep.
Children 3-5 years: Take 10mL before sleep.
