Honevo skin care products all contain the same kanuka honey formulation, however are they packaged and labelled differently so that users can choose a product which is the correct size, is appropriately named, and has specific application instructions for the condition being treated.
Honevo is a natural product. Although formulated to be temperature-stable, on rare occasions it can become hard or gritty due to a build-up of occasional residual honey crystals, especially if exposed to very cold temperatures as can occur during shipping. While this doesn’t diminish the effectiveness of the product, it can make application for those with sensitive skin uncomfortable.
If crystallisation should occur, or the product becomes hard to squeeze out of the tube, please place the tube into hot water for 5 to 10 minutes - this will return it to a smooth clear consistency. If not, repeat with hotter water and for longer.
To help keep Honevo in tip-top condition, it is best to store the tube around 20 degrees Celsius.
