Kokonati Coconut Flour is made from organic coconuts grown in Sri Lanka. It is a gluten free flour used for everyday baking. Our Organic Coconut flour is a bi product of our Organic Virgin coconut oil production. It has an aromatic coco-nutty fragrance. A raw, pure flour that allows you to bake high quality, gluten free, low carbohydrate foods.

Coconut flour is high in fibre, and low in carbohydrates. It is also low in GI (Glycaemic Index) making it a suitable option for those watching their weight as well as affected by diabetes.
