Flax Seed Oil provides nature's richest source of the omega-3 EFA alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). ALA is converted in the body into eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA).
Omega-3 EFA's have been well researched and have been shown to support cardiovascular health, brain function, joint and skin health.
Flax Seed Oil also contains linoleic acid, an omega-6 EFA as well as omega-9. The soft gel capsules are carob coated to protect the oil from exposure to light.
