In English, the herb is known as gotu kola, centella or Indian pennywort. In Sanskrit, it is called Brahmi. It is thought to help the functions of the nervous systems, increase brain power, tissue healing and physical strength.
Usage: For general health and body strength, to enhance healing and convalesce, soothe mental disorders, reduce stress effects, anxiety and mental fatigue, improve libido, sleep and circulation and to help normalise blood pressure.
Recommended dosage: 2 Capsules twice daily, preferably with food, for maintenance purposes.
