As an adaptogen schizandra increases the cellular energy supply to tissues in the brain, liver, nerves, muscles, glands and kidneys. It is also thought to help support and boost the immune system and protect against free radical damage, especially in the liver.

Usage: For adrenal fatigue, poor sleep, liver stress, poor liver function, chronic liver infection or degenerative condition, excessive perspiration, skin conditions, kidney, lung and sexual weakness.

Recommended dosage: 2 capsules twice daily, preferably with food. 2 capsules three times daily, for therapeutic benefits.
