Colsor Cream is for external application and assists the bodys natural healing and recovery processes.
Both the oral remedy and the external cream should be used at the first sign of a cold sore, usually the tingling sensation. Avoid foods that are high in arginine such as peanuts. For repeated outbreaks supplement with L-lysine and Zinc.

Acute:Use 2 sprays per dose orally at 15 minute intervals for up to 6 doses, then 3 times a day as required.
