Adults take one capsule per day with a glass of water preferably with food.
Each capsule contains: Silica - Colloidal anhydrous 130 mg (Equivalent to silicon 60 mg) Triticum aestivum (wheat) extract equivalent to dry seed endo 20 g (from Ceramosides 30 mg) Malpighia glabra (Acerola) extract quivalent to dry fruit 500 mg Calcium ascorbate dihydrate 50 mg (Equivalent to Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 50 mg)
Also contains encapsulating aids.
