Three generations of the Clark family have been making trace mineral formulations since T.J Clark discovered unique mineral deposits in Central Utah in the 1920's. Tom Clark was apprenticed to his grandfather in the 1950's. He is the only surviving family member to have been taught personally by his grandfather, the first T.J.Clark. Since the introduction of industrialised farming, farmers have been using only 3 basic minerals for most ground crops - nitrogen, potassium and phosphorus.
